Learn how to have a healthy pregnancy, proper nutrition, bonding with your unborn baby, minimizing pregnancy discomforts, what is normal vs. danger signs, dad's important role and feelings.

Childbirth/Lamaze Class Series
Learn how your body is uniquely designed for childbirth and motherhood and practical skills for taking an active role in your labor and birth which can cut labor time and discomfort! Plan to begin in your seventh month of pregnancy. Thorough preparation for childbirth, relaxation, breathing and comfort techniques, making a birth plan, information on all medical interventions, cesarean, and medications. Mothers also receive a “Labor Comfort Kit.” Four Class Series (12 hours of class time in each series), $100
